Interior Demolition
Interior Demolition is very similar to selective demolition wherein, only select interior components of a building are to be removed. This type of demolition is very common with renovation and remodeling projects.
An example where selective demolition is required: An old office building converted to accommodate a business needing warehouse space. All interior walls will be removed to create an open area. This form of selective demolition is also referred to “gutting” a building or space.
